A Message from Our Founder

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower every person to thrive by building meaningful skills for everyday life—through compassionate, personalized, and purposeful therapy.

If you’re a therapist who’s driven by the goal to connect with families and make an impact in our community, there’s a place for you here. Every day, you’ll work with children and families to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and change lives.

Our Philosophy

We take pride in maintaining a compassionate and caring atmosphere for our families and kids. We know that families coming to us need our support to improve not only their child’s life but also the success of the whole family.

We start each therapy plan by finding out what help families need most, and which skills will benefit a child the most. We encourage close collaboration between our therapists to ensure that every child is able to develop the speech, occupational and feeding skills they need to thrive.

Hear What Our Team Is Saying

Extremely Great Culture with Passionate Professionals

“I would highlight the company’s exceptional culture, characterized by passionate and dedicated employees. The clean work environment fosters a positive atmosphere, creating opportunities to interact with impressive clients. Team bonding activities further contribute to a collaborative and enjoyable work experience.”

Great Place to Work

“There is a great variety of clients who come to Language Essentials for help. Even though the company is primarily serving the pediatric population, there are some opportunities to work with young adults up to geriatric clients as well. There is constant opportunity for observation and collaboration between therapists even if they are not at the same location. Staff plans get togethers outside of office hours, which are fun and increase the connection/relationship between staff members. The company offers profit sharing, which means the more clients you help, the more money you can make.”

What Stands Out is the Welcoming Nature of Everyone You Come in Contact With From Staff to Families

“A typical day at work always includes laughter, support, and the fact that you know your making the difference to the kiddos you work with.

Administration support is like no other.”
