Meet Our Founder: Renée Werner, M.S.
Renée Werner is a speech-language pathologist and the founder of Language Essentials. She earned her master’s degree from San Jose State University and completed advanced training in myofunctional therapy and reading instruction to support a wide range of communication needs.
With a background in hospitals, schools, and private practice, Renée established Language Essentials in 2008 to provide a more personalized, family-centered approach to therapy. The practice has since expanded beyond San Ramon to serve families in Livermore, Tracy, and surrounding communities. She is also dedicated to mentoring future clinicians and contributing to the field through teaching and training.
